Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and joinery sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Prepare and deliver client proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with design and estimation teams to ensure proposals align with client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely project handovers and payment collection.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the UAE fit-out/joinery industry.
Strong network within the construction, interiors, and real estate sectors.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of interior design processes and materials.
Understanding of project workflows in joinery and fit-out.
Ability to read basic technical drawings is a plus.
Salary:
AED 6000-AED 10000 + Benefits as per UAE labor law
Joining:
Immediate joiners preferred
