Key Responsibilities
Work with inbound and outbound leads, conduct client consultations and project presentations
Prepare commercial proposals, cost estimates, presentation materials
Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract signing and client handover
Develop and maintain a partner network; participate in events and generate referral-based leads
Analyze the sales funnel, maintain CRM records, achieve KPIs and prepare regular reports
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in selling complex services in renovation, construction, interior design or real estate
Previous work experience in the UAE with good understanding of locations, pricing and client segments
Strong consultative sales skills and basic knowledge of interior design and fit-out processes
English level ?1

Russian is a strong advantage,
Arabic is a plus

Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus); confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace
High level of ambition, results-driven mindset, stress resistance and ability to work with premium clients
Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
