Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for GRC and GRG works.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with the design and site teams to ensure accuracy of estimates and actual works.
Assist in post-tender activities such as variation orders, remeasurements, and project cost analysis.
Qualifications:
FEMALE (with valid PRC License)
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Proficient in estimation software (Autocad, Microsoft Excel)
Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
w/ UAE Attested Documents
Experience in Quantity Take-Off, Procurement and Contracts.
Able to do shop drawings, material submittals.
Knowledgeable in Pre and Post Contract.
