New Exclusive Decoration Design and Fit Out LLC is a leading interior fit-out and construction firm specializing in delivering high-quality commercial, retail, and residential projects. We pride ourselves on precision, design excellence, and timely delivery. We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Estimator to join our growing team.

As an Interior Fit-Out Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing drawings and specifications, and providing pricing for interior fit-out projects. You will collaborate with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure bids and budgets are competitive and realistic.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and subcontractor works.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare and submit tenders, cost plans, and value engineering options.

Work closely with project managers and procurement to monitor cost performance.

Maintain and update cost databases for future estimates.

Participate in client meetings and clarify technical and commercial queries.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation (commercial, retail, or residential).

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Candy).

Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and market pricing.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
