Key Responsibilities
Prepare
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
and perform
cost estimation
for fit-out works.
Develop detailed
project schedules
, timelines, and progress tracking reports.
Prepare
Method Statements

Risk Assessments
, and technical documentation.
Coordinate and submit
material approvals

technical submittals
, and
shop drawings
to consultants/clients.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project compliance.
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accuracy and constructability.
Support project managers in daily site coordination and reporting.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety standards, and project deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum
2-5 years
experience in interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of
BOQ preparation, estimation
, and
materials
used in fit-out works.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera
(or similar tools).
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
