We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Interior Fit-Out Cost Estimator
to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating costs for interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, and retail sectors. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of labor and material costs.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for a variety of interior fit-out projects. Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements. Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and submit detailed tender documentation. Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure alignment with budget expectations. Monitor ongoing project costs and identify any discrepancies from the estimated budget.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator in the fit-out industry within the UAE. Deep knowledge of materials, suppliers, and market rates specific to the fit-out sector. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be currently residing in the UAE. Immediate availability is an advantage.
