Fit Out Cost Control Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled FIT -OUT Cost Control Engineer with a strong background in Fit-Out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in reputable contracting companies.
Responsibilities:
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis Track project expenditures and commitments Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams Review subcontractor invoices and variation orders Support tendering and budgeting activities when required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Proven experience as a Cost Control Engineer in Fit-Out projects Strong knowledge of cost management and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel and cost control software Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
