Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Fit-Out/Civil Estimator

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and civil works projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documentation. You will play a critical role in helping the company secure new work and ensure project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:



Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for fit-out and civil works. Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs) for labor, materials, and subcontractor services. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the most competitive prices. Identify cost risks and prepare contingency budgets. Develop project budgets and submit pricing in accordance with client requirements and deadlines. Assist the project team during pre-construction and execution phases with cost control. Conduct site visits to assess site conditions and understand scope requirements. Prepare and submit tender documents and post-tender clarifications. Monitor market trends in material and labor costs to ensure accurate estimates. Maintain historical cost data and update unit rate databases.

Experience:

FITOUT/CIVIL ESTIMATOR IN UAE: 6 years (Required)
License/Certification:

* UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
