Job Description
Position. Interior Fit-Out QS / Estimator -
Job location: remote work.

salary. 1000 AED. Monthly
Candidate: male / female
Main role:
Manage costs and prepare estimates for interior fit-out projects (offices, retail, hospitality, residential).
Key responsibilities:
Preparing cost plans, BOQs, and tender estimates
Take-offs from drawings (finishes, joinery, ceilings, partitions, MEP interfaces)
Cost control and valuation
Typical skills needed:
Strong measurement & estimating skills
Knowledge of interior trades and finishes
Excel (advanced), estimating software
Understanding drawings & specifications
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Background / qualifications:
Quantity Surveying or Construction-related qualification
Experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects is highly valued
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED800.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
