Hiring: Business Development Executive - Fit-Out (UAE)
We are a fit-out & interior contracting company in the UAE seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with strong market knowledge and an active client network.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new fit-out leads and projects (offices, clinics, retail, F&B, gyms, etc.)
Use an existing circle of clients, consultants, and developers in the UAE
Attend client meetings and support proposal submissions
Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with estimation and project teams
Requirements
3-5 years experience as a Business Development Executive in UAE fit-out / interior contracting
Proven client network in the UAE market
Good understanding of fit-out pricing, tenders, and timelines
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
UAE driving license preferred
