Hiring: Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out & Turnkey Projects
Location: Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out & Turnkey Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities in interior fit-out & turnkey projects Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers & corporate clients Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure Prepare proposals, quotations & presentations Coordinate with estimation, design & project teams Track leads using CRM tools Monitor market trends & competitor activity Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
3-6 years UAE experience in interior fit-out business development Strong consultant & client network in the UAE Valid UAE driving license - mandatory Excellent communication & negotiation skills Target-driven with proven closing ability Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems
Salary & Benefits:
AED 10,000 - 12,000 (based on experience) Commission / incentives as per company policy Benefits as per UAE Labour Law

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
