to expand our interior fit-out business in Dubai. This role focuses on generating new leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process through to project award.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in
interior fit-out projects
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Generate leads through networking, market research, and site visits
Prepare proposals, presentations, and tenders with internal teams
Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closure
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client database
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Coordinate with estimation and project teams for smooth handover
Requirements
Proven experience in
fit-out or interior contracting business development
Good understanding of the UAE construction and fit-out market
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred
Existing network of clients or consultants in the UAE
Experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects
UAE driving license
