Financial Data Analyst - ADNOC Abu Dhabi
Role Summary

What You'll Do

• Administer Oracle Financials, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Chart of Accounts
• Manage and verify data interfaces between Oracle and ancillary systems such as HRMS and Maximo
• Supervise month-end closings, ensuring accurate uploads and reconciliations
• Prepare financial and cost reports, including monthly trial balances and quarterly billing statements
• Develop and maintain reporting structures for 5-Year Business Plans and Budget templates
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actuals against budgets
• Review and reconcile payroll, accounts payable, and inventory interfaces with General Ledger
• Prepare draft quarterly and annual financial statements aligned with IFRS
• Design and implement tools for process automation and reporting enhancements
• Support training for finance teams and young UAE Nationals on financial systems

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or CPA certification preferred
• 8-9 years of finance experience, ideally in the oil and gas sector
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and IFRS standards
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
