What You'll Do

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including AI, robotics, AR/VR, autonomous operations, and quick commerce
• Develop and execute digital and technology roadmaps enabling monetization and scalable innovation adoption
• Design and deliver enterprise-wide AI solutions to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and decision-making
• Lead innovation pilots, scale solutions, and ensure quantifiable ROI from digital initiatives
• Build and monetize retail media networks to generate new revenue streams and enhance advertising capabilities
• Manage content across digital assets using advanced CMS tools for monetization and operational efficiency
• Establish frameworks for AI adoption covering risk management, compliance, and responsible use
• Develop and sustain partnerships with key digital players, vendors, and advertisers to expand capabilities and extend reach
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences as an innovation thought leader
• Lead and mentor a team of innovation and partnership professionals, driving collaboration and performance
• Partner with internal functions including IT, marketing, and product to integrate innovations and partnership initiatives effectively

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Technology Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in innovation management and strategic partnerships, with senior leadership experience in AI and digital transformation
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level digital initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, platforms, and adoption frameworks
• Experience in developing and scaling retail media networks and data monetization strategies
• Skilled in project management, strategic planning, and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive alignment across C-suite executives and cross-functional teams
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to track and optimize innovation KPIs
