Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate operational data from end-users for shareholder reports and internal/external data queries.
  • Conduct in-depth gap analysis and interpret corporate/divisional performance data through balanced scorecard systems.
  • Recommend and follow up on business action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Evaluate and set KPIs based on priorities, objectives, trends, and benchmarking against industry best practices.
  • Prepare background materials and reports for Performance Management Contract (PMC), BAC, and Board Meetings.
  • Draft presentations for shareholders and senior management to facilitate strategic discussions.
  • Contribute to CEO Highlights presentation preparation.
  • Participate in corporate performance audits for governance and compliance.
  • Track performance management deployment across the organization.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing corporate reporting standards and frameworks.
  • Review and deliver required data to external stakeholders (Ministry of Energy, ADSC, OPEC).
  • Analyze corporate performance data for periodic reporting to management and shareholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of corporate MIS systems for reporting efficiency.
  • Conduct training and orientation for staff on the Performance Management System (PMS).
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in performance management and corporate reporting within a large industrial organization, preferably oil and energy.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management systems, corporate governance, and reporting frameworks.
  • Proven ability in KPI design, gap analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Experience in preparing high-level reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and guide employees in PMS processes.
