Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records for multiple restaurant outlets. Ensures proper accounting, reporting, and cost control to support management in achieving financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for each restaurant.
Record and reconcile daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
Monitor and control food, beverage, and labor costs.
Handle bank reconciliations and supplier payments.
Prepare budgets and compare actual performance against targets.
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Consolidate financial reports for all outlets.
Work with restaurant managers to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and restaurant operations.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Preferably SAP).
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
