Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant
with a strong background in thehospitality industry
, preferably inrestaurant accounting
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial operations, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and reports Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations Monitor cash flow and budgeting Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with local regulations Coordinate with auditors and management on financial reviews Prepare monthly P&L statements specific to F&B operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) Strong understanding of UAE VAT and financial compliance Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
