Job Title: Finance MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and financial reports. The role requires strong data management skills, accuracy, and the ability to present financial and operational data in a structured and meaningful manner to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly Finance MIS reports

as per management requirements Compile and analyze

financial data

, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and variance reports Generate reports using

Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software

Track and report

KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and actual performance

Coordinate with

Finance, Sales, and Operations teams

Ensure

data accuracy, consistency, and compliance

with internal controls Prepare

dashboards, summaries, and presentations

for management review Support audits and internal reviews by providing required MIS and financial data Identify gaps, trends, and improvement areas through data analysis

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

MIS reporting and financial analysis

Advanced proficiency in

MS Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts) Working knowledge of

accounting principles

Experience with

ERP / accounting software

(e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar) High level of

accuracy and attention to detail

Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports Effective communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Additional certification in MIS, Excel, or Finance will be an advantage

Experience:

2-4 years

of experience in MIS / Financial Reporting / Data Analysis
