Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive

to manage, analyze, and report key data related to payment collections, verifications, and operational performance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, reporting tools, and have a strong understanding of data management and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to collections and operational KPIs. Track and verify payment collections across multiple channels and ensure reconciliation. Generate MIS reports for management review and decision-making. Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and timely updates. Analyze data trends to identify discrepancies, delays, or areas for improvement. Ensure reports are delivered accurately and on time. Automate reports using Excel tools (macros, pivot tables, formulas) or BI tools (if available). Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all data handled.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in MIS or a data-centric role (preferably in payments or finance). Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, etc.). Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or accounting software is an advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in handling payment collections data. Knowledge of data visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
