Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive

to join our Dubai operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing management reports, conducting daily reconciliations, and supporting operational activities with timely and accurate data as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to fuel operations. Perform reconciliation of fuel transactions, inventory, billing, and payments. Track and analyze operational data to identify discrepancies or gaps. Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to resolve mismatches. Assist in generating dashboards and key performance metrics. Support the operations team with ad-hoc reporting and business analysis. Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in MIS, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations. Strong knowledge of MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Experience in reconciliation, data management, and operations coordination. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience working in fuel, logistics, or transport industries. Exposure to ERP systems or operations management tools.
