We're looking for a detail-oriented Dialer & MIS Executive to manage our outbound/inbound dialing systems and deliver data-driven insights to optimize collections performance. This role is key to ensuring strategy execution, reporting accuracy, and compliance with dialing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize dialer campaigns (Aspect, Genesys, Avaya, NICE).
Load/schedule call lists and monitor live performance.
Troubleshoot dialer issues and ensure regulatory compliance (DNC, TRA).
Build dashboards, performance reports, and campaign insights.
Analyze recovery trends, delinquency patterns, and payment behaviors.
Automate reports and support strategic forecasting.
Work closely with IT, Finance, and Collections teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Data Science, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of dialer/MIS experience in collections, real estate, or BFSI.
Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
Hands-on with dialer tools (Aspect, Genesys, etc.) & Salesforce.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Comfortable in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
