About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa Finance Team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: control sheet forward it to the Income Audit Supervisor/Finance Manager/Director of Finance's review. Verify Comp/House Use/No Show/Cancellation/Housekeeping discrepancy/Rate Check/Variance/Upgrade/zero rate/Late Checkout and Daily Revenue importation from OPERA to Solomon General Cashier Summary updating/Overage/Shortages & Cash JV Spot-check on registration cards/Vacant Rooms/Guest Lockers/Outlet Tour with Cash Count/Observation/Split Check and wherever revenue related. Outlet Charge Tips Updatation and balancing. Reconciliation of all the Revenue/non-Revenue which is payable to Outsourced Prepare department administration calls summary and forward. Needs to acquire and able to take responsibility relieve Income Audit Supervisor for day off and vacation Should be able to undertake any other responsibility related to Income Audit given at any time, especially one-off report request from Management. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: College Diploma or Equivalent in Finance A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the Middle East Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines Familiar with back of the office systems Excellent numerical skills About the Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Bahraini Dinar (BHD), the local currency of Bahrain.
