About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa Finance Team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Review and approve all the relevant support to a day's transactions once verified by the Assistant Finance Manager. Assist the Director of Finance in compiling budgets and forecasts and cash flow reports. Manager the preparation of special statistical reports which may be required by management. Manager the duties and responsibilities of all the accounting employees. Deputize for the Director of Finance during his/her absence and to be fully acquainted with his/her in order to carry out those responsibilities. Handle all problems of the accounting office with the exception of those which have to be referred to the Director of Finance. Manager the duties and responsibilities of the accounting employees and supervise the preparation of all monthly financial reporting and analysis Organize the accounting office in conjunction with the Director of Finance. Distribute work to employees on an equitable basis About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Degree in Finance & Accounting / Commerce / Mathematics / Economics Demonstrated knowledge of Finance & Accounting administration processes and policies in the Middle East Experience in Finance within the hospitality industry High level of written and verbal business English Proficient in Microsoft applications About the Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Bahraini Dinar (BHD), the local currency of Bahrain.
