About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa Family. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Set the strategies along with the DOS and implementing sales activities in order to drive business from main feeder markets in GCC (leisure and corporate) and achieve the financial goal. Effectively manage and develop the respective accounts and achieve the set revenue targets of managed accounts. Contributing to overall Sales strategy of Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa. Monitoring market trends, collecting and sharing market intelligence with the team and the management. Supporting and communicating Jumeirah's brand promise" Stay Different". Source new partners in the GCC market to increase market share. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Hotel Administration or Business Administration. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in Sales Strong knowledge of GCC and Bahrain Market. Solid overall sales background in the 5* hotel industry.
