Finance Controller currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to oversee our financial planning and management. We are looking for a dedicated professional with exceptional financial acumen and leadership abilities to join our team. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage the overall financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Lead the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards. - Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. - Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. - Manage and coordinate the annual budgeting process and provide guidance to department heads on budgetary matters. - Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. - Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and variance analysis. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax filings, and audits. - Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. **Requirements:** - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. - Proven work experience (3 years) as a Finance Controller - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis. - Strong proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
