Job Description
Field Supervisor for Holiday Homes We are hiring a field supervisor with qualifications below:
- Manage cleaners/housekeepers and make sure the cleaning is at the highest quality
- Monitor properties and make sure everything is organized (welcome package, towels, beddings are in place)
- Manage and resolve issues in the field during check-in and check-out
- Manage and coordinate furnishings and maintenance of apartment to ensure properties are in perfect conditions
- Responsive to any concerns may arise during guest stay and incoming check-in/check out.
- Permit applications and renewals.
- Property insurance applications and renewals.
- Listing properties on portals like Airbnb, Booking.com, Property Finder
- Maintains an efficient system for ensuring all new properties are added correctly to our CRM software.
- Manages the CRM software to ensure that all information is relevant, prices are updated and correct.
- Oversee guest reviews and ensure that any issues or complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Must have Car or Motor Bike
- UAE Driving License is Must
- Must have one year of Experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be confident and presentable
- Must be Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Holiday Homes: 1 year (Preferred)
- UAE driving license? (Required)
- 100% (Preferred)
