Job Vacancy: Cleaner cum Supervisor in Holiday Homes We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner cum Supervisor to oversee our cleaning team within the Holiday Homes sector. - Supervise the cleaning team to ensure high standards are met.
- Actively participate in cleaning duties alongside the team.
- Inspect holiday homes to guarantee that all areas meet our quality criteria.
- Organize the team\'s schedule and tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with both staff and clients to maintain a smooth operation.
- At least 3 years of experience in the holiday homes industry or a similar field.
- Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and a team player mindset.
