dynamic and results-driven Female Telesales Agent
to join our team in Dubai! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients and generate leads. Providedetailed property information
and schedule appointments for sales agents. Maintainstrong client relationships
through follow-ups and engagement. Stay updated onmarket trends
and available property listings. Work closely with the sales team toconvert leads into successful deals
.Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience
, preferably in real estate.Fluent in English
(Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, French is a plus!).Strong
negotiation and persuasion skills
.Self-motivated and
target-driven
.Immediate availability in Dubai.
