is looking for adynamic female telesales agent
to join our growingOff-Plan Sales Team
!Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and portals Pitch off-plan real estate projects effectively to generate interest and bookings Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email Schedule property viewings and hand over qualified leads to sales agents Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
Must be female (as per team requirements) Previous experience in telesales or customer service (Real Estate preferred) Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) Confidence, persistence, and strong negotiation skills Basic knowledge of UAE real estate, especially off-plan, is a strong advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
