female Telesales Agent

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our educational programs, engaging with potential students and parents, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote the institution's courses and programs. Convert leads into enrollments by effectively presenting course benefits and addressing client concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents to foster trust and long-term engagement. Provide accurate and detailed information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and admission requirements. Conduct needs assessments to recommend the most suitable programs for each student. Maintain consistent follow-up communication with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Keep detailed and updated records of client interactions, inquiries, and enrollment progress in the CRM system. Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience. Collect client feedback to support continuous improvement of programs and services. Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

Female Arabic Speakers

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in the education sector is a plus). Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally. Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining organized records. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
