FEMALE RESIDENT TECHNICIAN
Job Title: Female Resident Technician (Multi-Skilled)
Department: Facilities / Maintenance
Reports To: Facilities Manager / Property Manager
Job Summary:
This role is a multi-skilled technician position, often based in residential complexes, hotels, or female-only facilities (like dormitories or wellness centers). The primary purpose is to provide a full range of maintenance services while ensuring comfort and privacy for female residents when maintenance is required in private living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

• In-Residence Repairs: Perform maintenance and repairs within resident apartments/rooms, including electrical (bulbs, switches), plumbing (clogs, leaks), HVAC (filter changes, thermostat checks), and appliance troubleshooting.
• Privacy & Courtesy: Provide a respectful and professional service, especially when working in sensitive private areas. Schedule appointments conveniently for residents.
• Common Area Maintenance: Maintain all common areas, including lobbies, gyms, pools, and hallways, ensuring they are safe and functional.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled apartment maintenance inspections and tasks as per the property's schedule.
• Emergency Response: Be available for on-call emergency maintenance requests as part of a rotation.
• Customer Service: Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact for residents with maintenance concerns.
• Documentation: Accurately log all work orders, time, and materials used.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in residential maintenance or a multi-skilled role.
• Basic proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
