We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Female Registered Nurse (RN)

to provide high-quality

patient home care services

in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being.

As a

Home Care RN

, you will work closely with patients and their families, offering personalized healthcare services in a supportive and professional manner. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse who is passionate about providing care in a home setting, making a significant difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments as per doctor's orders. Monitor vital signs, health conditions, and provide post-operative care. Educate patients and their families on health management and prevention. Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Collaborate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care. Document patient care and progress in compliance with company policies. Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are maintained at all times. Respond to patient emergencies as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.

License:

Valid DOH/HAAD license (or eligibility to obtain one).

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in home care or patient care settings.

Gender:

Female candidates only.

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
