Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled

Female Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our homecare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized, compassionate care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and promoting health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Create and implement individual care plans based on patients' needs and physician's instructions. Monitor patients with chronic conditions and assist with daily activities, ensuring adherence to prescribed treatments. Educate patients and family members on healthcare management, medication regimens, and wellness practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including daily progress notes and observations. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

from an accredited institution. Valid DOH/HAAD license. Minimum

2 years of clinical experience

with at least

1 year in homecare or similar settings

.

Female candidates

preferred due to the nature of the role. Knowledge of

basic life support (BLS)

and

advanced cardiac life support (ACLS)

. Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively.

Fluency in English

; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Proficiency in using medical equipment for homecare settings.
