Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Female Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our homecare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in their homes, offering both medical and emotional support to ensure their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients in the homecare setting. Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per the care plan. Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall health status. Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other specialized nursing services as needed. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure the best possible care for the patient. Educate patients and their families on health management, post-operative care, and medication schedules. Prepare and maintain accurate patient records. Assist with physical therapy and rehabilitation as directed. Respond to patient emergencies and report any changes in condition to the supervising physician.

Requirements:

Valid

DOH/HAAD

license from a recognized institution. Minimum of

2 years

of nursing experience, preferably in homecare or clinical settings.

Female candidates

only, as required by the patient's care needs. Excellent communication skills in

English

(Arabic is a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. Current

BLS/ACLS

certification. Willingness to travel to patients' homes within Abu Dhabi.

Pay: From AED7,500.00 per month
