Job Description

We are seeking a

Female Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our

homecare team

in

Abu Dhabi

. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes. The role requires a compassionate, skilled nurse who can offer both medical and emotional support, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Provide direct nursing care

to patients in their homes, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and managing chronic conditions.

Monitor vital signs

, manage treatments, and assist in creating and implementing individualized care plans. Provide

personal care

assistance (hygiene, mobility support, etc.) as required. Educate patients and families on

health management

, medication administration, and

preventative care

.

Assess patients' health conditions

regularly, report any changes, and communicate with doctors or healthcare teams when necessary. Ensure

patient confidentiality

, comfort, and dignity at all times. Document patient care, progress, and treatments according to medical protocols. Assist with

post-operative care

and support patients in

rehabilitation

and

recovery

. Help patients and their families with any other health-related needs as required.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

or equivalent qualification.

Valid DOH/HAAD

(or eligibility for licensure). Minimum

2 years of nursing experience

in a clinical or homecare setting. Compassionate and patient-oriented, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong knowledge of

medication administration

,

wound care

, and

chronic disease management

. Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
