We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Male Registered Nurse (RN)

in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering compassionate and professional care to patients within their homes, ensuring optimal health and well-being.

As a

Home Care RN

, you will play a key role in assessing, monitoring, and managing patient health while fostering a supportive environment for patients and their families. This role is an excellent opportunity for a committed and caring nurse who thrives in a home care setting and is focused on providing exceptional care to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform initial patient assessments and create personalized care plans. Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments as per the doctor's instructions. Monitor patients' vital signs, conditions, and overall health progress. Provide post-surgery care, wound care, and rehabilitation assistance. Educate patients and families on proper health management, including lifestyle changes. Work collaboratively with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely patient records in line with company standards. Ensure strict adherence to infection control practices and patient safety protocols. Respond quickly and effectively to patient emergencies when required. Offer emotional support and comfort to both patients and their families.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.

License:

Valid DOH/HAAD license (or eligibility to obtain one).

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in patient care, home care, or related healthcare settings.

Gender:

Male candidates only (for cultural considerations and privacy of the patients).

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus). Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Familiarity with medical equipment and technology used in home healthcare.
