withpure and complete Fit-Out project experience in the UAE
to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will support project execution through effective coordination, documentation, and communication across all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Prepare
BOQs
, quantity take-offs, and measurements Coordinate withclients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Assist theProject Manager
in daily project activities Read and understanddrawings
, specifications, and scopes Handleprofessional email correspondence
and follow-ups Manageprocurement arrangements
and supplier coordination Prepare or modifyshop drawings
if required Maintaindocument control
, logs, and project records Negotiate withsubcontractors and vendors
Coordinate withsite teams and design teams
Attendclient, consultant, and internal meetings
Required Skills
Excellent
communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks independentlyEducation
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management
(Required)Experience
Minimum
4 years UAE experience in Fit-Out projects

Language Requirement
Hindi knowledge preferred
