Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager - Fit-Out

to oversee and deliver high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects within the UAE, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously within set timelines and budgets. Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from design approval through to handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Review project drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract documents to ensure technical accuracy and compliance. Manage procurement schedules, material approvals, and site progress to ensure timely completion. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to safety standards. Prepare and present progress reports, cost updates, and project forecasts to management and clients. Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve site-related issues proactively. Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance management. Ensure all projects meet company standards, client expectations, and local authority regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in interior

fit-out and joinery

projects. Proven experience managing

commercial, office, retail, or hospitality

fit-out works. Strong knowledge of project management processes, construction methods, and technical standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. UAE Driving License is

mandatory

Preferred Attributes:

PMP or equivalent project management certification. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Attention to detail with a focus on quality and finish standards. Experience working with design teams and joinery workshops.
