We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive
Customer Service Representative
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, billing, and company policies.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their experience was satisfactory.
Work collaboratively with other departments.
Maintain knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers.
Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
