Your main goal is to create interest, book appointments, and help convert leads into successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on company-provided databases and leads.
Introduce clients to real estate projects, payment plans, offers, and investment opportunities.
Qualify leads by understanding their property needs, budget, and preferences.
Schedule property viewings and appointments for sales agents.
Follow up regularly with leads to maintain interest and build rapport.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client feedbacks.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to closing.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer service representative (real estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
