Zenon are pleased to be supporting a VIP aviation client with their Middle East operations, to source an FBO Manager on a permanent basis in the UAE. The role will hold the responsibility of overseeing all areas of the companies FBO operations, client relationships, contracts, team, and business development.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Lead and be responsible for all FBO staff performance and service levels
- Produce strategies to grow market share and maximise revenue
- Maintain relationships with all stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
- Seek out and secure additional revenue opportunities
- Monitor KPIs, market activities, and business volumes/margins
- Be proactive in PR and campaigns
- Responsibility for profit and loss performance
- Enforcing safety and security procedures within the FBO and ramp
- Develop a culture that promotes safety through daily observation, shift briefings, training and documented safety procedures, monthly safety meetings, and audits
- Maintain open communication within the team
- Close liaison with wider commercial team to drive additional opportunities for the company
- Daily liaison and point of contract with FBO Clients, suppliers and stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93 exceed clients expectations
Minimum skills & experience \xe2\x80\x93
- A minimum of 5 years within an FBO environment
- Management experience
- Strong commercial acumen with skills in budgeting and forecasting
- Proven experience in dealing with complex operational issues across various cultures
- Ability to optimize P&Ls
- Ability to develop and implement business plans
- Very strong customer service skills
- A highly motivated "people" person
