Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Site Management
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all facility management activities are executed effectively and in alignment with company standards and contractual requirements.
Supervise MEP, civil, soft services, security, and landscaping activities within the project.
Ensure smooth coordination between all FM service providers and internal departments. Maintenance Oversight
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution and quality workmanship.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, safety hazards, and operational gaps, and follow through until closure.
Review maintenance schedules, risk assessments, method statements, and vendor
Support tendering processes, technical evaluations, quotation comparisons, and budget recommendations. Landscaping Supervision o
Oversee landscaping maintenance activities, including irrigation systems, plant health, soft/hard landscape areas, pruning schedules, and pest-control programs.
