Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Supervisor to join the team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP/HVAC systems, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 15+ technicians, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient operations
- Plan and oversee Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to maintain operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot and maintain MEP systems, with a focus on HVAC
- Handle client communications with professionalism and transparency
- Prepare technical reports and cost estimations for retrofit projects (desirable)
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (essential)
- Proficiency in MEP systems, particularly HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
