Proven capability of managing and delivering FM Services at the highest level, working calmly under pressure, delivering the services to the client's satisfaction.
Building Operations & Maintenance: Overseeing day-to-day operations, managing maintenance schedules and ensuring all
building systems (like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) function correctly.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring the facility adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and managing emergency preparedness plans.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with vendors and contractors for services like cleaning, security, and maintenance.
Budgeting & Financial Management: Forecasting expenses, managing facility budgets, and tracking costs to ensure efficient
resource utilization to achieving KPI Benchmarks target and maintain P&L.
Space Management: Planning and optimizing the use of space, coordinating office moves, and making recommendations for new
building locations or existing reorganizations.
Strategic Planning: Developing strategies for long-term facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
Workplace Support: Creating a functional, safe, and welcoming environment that supports employee productivity and satisfaction.
Emergency Response: Quickly and effectively responding to emergencies that arise within the facilities.
Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of FM functions, in Particular Hard Services.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
10 years' experience with at least 5 years as a Facilities Manager in UAE Driving License Required.
