DP World is hiring a Facilities Manager to lead the planning, operations, and optimization of our facilities across Dubai. This leadership role encompasses strategic planning, vendor and asset management, safety, sustainability, and emergency preparedness to ensure efficient, compliant, and future-ready infrastructure in line with our global logistics mission.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for facilities operations aligned with business growth
• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring smooth functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Lead the facilities management team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
• Manage and optimize the department's budget, focusing on cost efficiency and resource allocation
• Oversee space planning and implement standards to optimize facility usage
• Maintain inventory and oversee the lifecycle of equipment, infrastructure, and materials
• Lead integrated facilities processes and procedures to support operational scalability
• Negotiate, manage, and evaluate contracts with external vendors and service providers
• Coordinate emergency response procedures in collaboration with regulatory authorities
• Provide regular performance reports and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and facility occupants
• Ensure effective collaboration with other departments to align facility services with broader organizational needs
• Manage FM-related projects including technical planning and commercial assessments
• Promote sustainability through green initiatives and energy-saving solutions
• Monitor compliance with all applicable legal codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective safety actions as needed

Ideal Profile

• Proven leadership experience in facilities or property management within large-scale industrial or commercial environments
• Strong expertise in asset management, vendor coordination, space utilization, and compliance
• Solid understanding of safety, sustainability, and emergency response standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with FM project planning, contract negotiations, and regulatory frameworks in the UAE
