Facilities Manager
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of all facilities and building systems.
- Develop and manage FM budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and support staff for effective facility operations.
- Coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to emergency repairs.
- Implement sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives across facility assets.
