to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across client facilities. The ideal candidate will manage a team of technicians, ensure timely service delivery, and monitor all MEP and general maintenance works with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead maintenance teams (MEP & general maintenance).
Plan and schedule daily/weekly tasks, preventive & corrective maintenance.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety and compliance.
Coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors for smooth operations.
Monitor asset performance, material usage, tools & inventory.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, job completion records and maintenance logs.
Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company operational procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
5-7 years of experience
in Facilities Management (GCC preferred).
Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & general building systems.
Strong team supervision, planning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and work under time constraints.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
