AED 4500 to AED 4750:
Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance and repair activities at client sites. Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of all civil-related works. Manage a team of technicians and allocate daily tasks. Inspect sites, identify maintenance needs, and prepare reports. Coordinate with other FM departments (MEP, housekeeping, etc.) for integrated operations. Maintain material records and ensure proper tool usage.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
4-5 years of experience
in Facilities Management (FM) field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple sites and prioritize tasks. UAE experience preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED4,750.00 per month
