Job Title: Team Leader / Foreman - Facilities Management

Salary Range:

AED 1,600 - 2,100 ( Negotiable)

Job Purpose:

To supervise and lead a team of technicians, cleaners, and support staff to ensure smooth delivery of facilities management services, including maintenance, housekeeping, and general operations, in line with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the assigned site/facility. Allocate tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of work orders. Monitor and inspect completed work to maintain quality standards. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Provide hands-on support in maintenance, cleaning, and repair activities when required. Maintain accurate records of attendance, work schedules, and materials used. Report incidents, damages, and maintenance requirements to the supervisor/manager. Train and guide team members to improve performance and productivity. Act as the first point of contact for clients and escalate issues to management when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is an advantage. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and basic technical works (electrical, plumbing, AC preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

Based at client sites (residential, commercial, or industrial). Shift-based work; flexibility required for weekends or emergencies. Outdoor and indoor work environment.
