Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Facilities Management (FM) Engineer to ensure the safe, consistent, and high-quality delivery of all FM services across assigned properties. This role focuses on maintaining assets, executing preventive maintenance plans, meeting SLAs/KPIs, and ensuring continuous service improvement. The FM Engineer acts as a liaison between the client, operations team, and service personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and building functionality.

Job Overview
As a Facilities Management Engineer, you will be responsible for daily site operations, inspections, and maintenance scheduling across multiple portfolios. The role ensures that technical systems and civil assets are maintained in excellent condition while adhering to regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver maintenance and housekeeping services per contractual terms and agreed SLAs/KPIs
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and resolve technical snags proactively
• Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and MEP systems operate efficiently and are regularly serviced
• Manage statutory compliance planners and execute all preventive maintenance activities accordingly
• Supervise assigned tradesmen/workers and coordinate periodic site work and progress updates
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing on-site activities, issues, and progress
• Track and reduce energy consumption across properties, aiming for 5% year-on-year reduction
• Maintain an up-to-date asset register and ensure all systems are documented for compliance
• Coordinate with clients and respond to inquiries or concerns regarding facilities
• Escalate incidents as per the defined escalation matrix and ensure timely resolution
• Execute variable job orders under approved terms and monitor staff attendance and performance
• Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) policies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant FM experience in real estate, residential, or mixed-use portfolios
• Sound understanding of building systems, PPM schedules, and HSEQ compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms
• Strong client-handling skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• UAE driving license preferred
